Siirtorajoitusten hallinnan puiteohjeistoluonnos julkisessa kuulemisessa

Energiamarkkinaviranomaisten yhteistyöelin ERGEG on valmistellut puiteohjeistoa siirtokapasiteetin jakamisesta ja siirtorajoitusten hallinnasta. Kantaverkkoyhtiöiden yhteistyöjärjestö ENTSO-E yhdessä muiden eurooppalaisten sidosryhmien kanssa on osallistunut ohjeiston valmisteluun ERGEG:in vetämän neuvoa-antavan työryhmän kautta.
Puiteohjeistolla tarkennetaan siirtorajoitusten hallinnan menettelyjä sekä siirtokapasiteetin laskentaan ja jakamiseen liittyviä periaatteita. Tavoitteena on olemassa olevan siirtokapasiteetin tehokkaampi käyttö ja markkinaintegraation varmistaminen yhtenäisten siirtorajoitusten hallinnan menettelyjen avulla.
 
ERGEG on nyt asettanut suuntaviivojen luonnoksen julkiseen kuulemiseen. Suuntaviivojen luonnosta voi kommentoida 10.11.2010 mennessä ERGEG:in sivuston ohjeiden mukaisesti. Puiteohjeisto on aikanaan pohjana, kun ENTSO-E valmistelee verkkosääntöjä, josta tulee komitologiakäsittelyn kautta jäsenmaita sitovaa lainsäädäntöä.
