Fingridin Venäjän rajasiirtomaksu laskee

Fingrid laskee Suomen ja Venäjän sähkökaupan rajasiirtomaksun tasoa 1.11.2021 alkaen. Tasoa laskemalla maksutulo voidaan sovittaa rajakaupan aiheuttamiin kustannuksiin.

Fingrid laskee 400 kilovoltin rajasiirtomaksun tasoa Venäjän rajalla 1.11.2021 alkaen. Uusi ei-huipunaikainen kerroin (knoncap) on marraskuusta alkaen 0,25.

Kertoimien laskemisen syynä on maksutulojen sovittaminen rajakaupan aiheuttamiin kustannuksiin valvontakauden 2020-2023 aikana.

Suomen ja Venäjän välisessä, Viipurin yhteyden kautta käytävässä sähkökaupassa on käytössä dynaaminen rajasiirtomaksu. Maksu perustuu Suomen ja Luoteis-Venäjän alueellisten hintojen eroon ja tukee kannattavaa rajakauppaa. Dynaaminen maksu muodostuu sitä pienemmäksi, mitä pienempi hintaero on ja kasvaa hintaeron suurentuessa.
