Muutoksia tasevastaavien tuotantosuunnitelmien toimittamiseen

Tasevastaavien tekninen ohjeistus tuotantosuunnitelmien toimittamisesta uudistuu. Muutos on osa sähkömarkkinoiden tiedonvaihdon kehitystyötä ja tulee käyttöön 22.5.2023. Julkaisemme kuluvan vuoden aikana lisäohjeita sidosryhmille muutosten tueksi.

 

Fingrid muuttaa teknistä ohjeistustaan tuotantosuunnitelmien toimittamiselle. Ohjeistuksen mukainen toimintatapa ja siihen liittyvät vaatimukset tulevat voimaan siirryttäessä 15 minuutin taseselvitysjaksoon 22.5.2023. Tästä aiheutuu muutoksia tasevastaavien tuotantosuunnitelmien muodostamiseen ja toimittamiseen.

Keskeiset muutokset ovat seuraavat:

  • Siirtyminen tuotantosuunnitelman resoluutiossa tuntitasolta varttitasolle
  • Tuotantosuunnitelmien toimituksessa käytetyn DELFOR-sanomaformaatin tuen päättyminen
  • Mahdollisuus lähettää tuotantosuunnitelmat ECP-tiedonvaihtoalustan kautta perinteisen EDIEL-sanomaliikenteen sijaan

Muutosten taustalla on Fingridin kehitystyö liittyen sähkömarkkinoiden tiedonvaihtoon. Uusien tiedonvaihtoratkaisujen yleistyessä vanhojen rinnakkainen ylläpito on tehotonta, mikä aiheuttaa aika ajoin muutostarpeita myös toimijoille. Fingridin tavoitteena on tarjota joustava siirtyminen 15 minuutin tuotantosuunnitelmien toimittamiselle, minkä takarajana on 22.5.2023. Tästä tiedotetaan myöhemmin lisää.

Tiedotteen alussa mainittujen keskeisten muutosten tueksi Fingrid tulee julkaisemaan erillisen Tuotantosuunnitelmien raportointi ja tiedonvaihto -ohjeen vuoden 2022 loppuun mennessä. Ohje tulee tarjoamaan yksityiskohtaiset tekniset tiedot tuotantosuunnitelmien toimittamiselle 22.5.2023 alkaen.
